“Forgiveness is the key to happiness.”

- A Course in Miracles

About Finding Forgiveness.

I have always been a seeker, deeply interested in personal growth and healing work. However, it wasn’t until my early thirties, after leaving a high-powered but soul-destroying entertainment law job and finding myself totally lost in a “quarter-life crisis,” that my personal growth work turned into a spiritual path, leading me to the work of Marianne Williamson. One of my first takeaways from her book, A Return to Love, was realizing that wherever I hadn’t forgiven someone else, was ultimately a place I had not forgiven myself, and that in myself I was deeply condemned. I realized that if I was to find true peace in my life, I needed to learn to forgive. My journey since has taken me on many winding and wild paths, transforming my life from something sharp but black and white, mired in nagging depression and self-loathing, into something softer but full of vibrant color, imbued with deep embodiment, presence and self-love.

I believe forgiveness is our deepest calling, and a crucial step in the path to knowing our wholeness, as individuals and collectively. And I believe that this knowing is crucial for the well-being of our humanity and our planet. The Finding Forgiveness framework is based in a collection of the many modalities I have encountered on my journey, including the mediation work of Ken Cloke, the work of Marianne Williamson and the Course in Miracles, Family Constellations, and the relational meditation practice Circling, among other modalities.
